I called Flamingo with an emergency toilet situation while traveling in my RV. I had no experience with them prior and nowhere else to turn for help. They did an excellent job of accommodating my situation and quickly resolving the matter for me. The team was quick, professional and efficient. Would use them again if I were in the St. Augustine area. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service????????? The owner Scoot came out to my home personally due to the fact that I was close to closing and I wanted to have some concerns checked before purchasing the home. He came out and looked at my concerns, not only he had one of his amazing employees come out to do a full inspection, who also immaculate and amazing customer service. I owe it all to their beautiful receptionist Ms. Stephanie. I will use this company in this world, the next world, the world after, and refer them to the nation, go Gator, septic and flamingo septic. To conclude all that has been said and done thanks because you just can't find humble customer service these days.

Chris was honest and truly a pleasure. I had a tree fall on my drain field and my house was backing up with water. Which caused me to have to drain my tank so it could be inspected. Chris was only supposed to provide an estimate for drain field but did so much more. He understood my issue of not being able to flush toilets take showers or run sinks without it backing up. He was determined to get me up and running and dug up tank only to find that the drain line to tank was bent and keeping water from entering tank. The smile on my face after he opened that pipe I can't even explain. Thank you for sending him. He truly cares for his customers and is great at doing his job. More people need to be like him. Thank you Chris finally I can put my shop vac to rest and back in the garage where it belongs.

I recently purchased an older home and needed to identify the drainage field to provide the Board of Health with a detailed report in order to begin remodeling the home. Flamingo was very responsive, timely and knowledgeable about everything I needed. They showed up on time, explained the process to me and provided the report promptly and this was all during the week prior to the Christmas. I could not be happier with the process

Great company. Very responsive although inspectors were a little late for the appointment. They completed their job perfectly and were nice people. They saved me from purchasing a home with a damaged septic tank.

Septic clean-out: Dex, Jamal, and Germaine showed up on time and did an excellent job. The cost was a little more than some other folks I talked to, but they were able to repond very quickly (Yeah!). They pointed out a "feature" of my older tanks that is sometimes an issue, and sure enough it was actually the problem on one tank, and was going to be a problem on the other. Couldn't be happier! These guys know their Sh!t ... I had to say that .... thanks!

Sadly, the lot that I planned to purchase did not go through. BUT - Flamingo Well & Septic answered my call the fist time, and got out to the property within a few days and provided me with a quote for their service. Contracted Flamingo Well and Septic to perform some electrical work on my House. Both the Technicians were professional and very courteous. They took the time to answer my questions and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any electrical work done to their home.
